Both home and work pressures contribute to a deficit in mental and physical health.

 

Resilience is a skillset that can be taught and influenced by behavioural choices. This program offers resilience training in the context of your organisation. 

 

This program offers results driven strategies and interventions that promote positive physical and psychological outcomes.

BUILDING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This program integrates key components of organisational, social and cultural, and positive psychology in the workplace. Employees develop skills and learn techniques to build upon their own self-awareness. The integration of self-evaluation, feedback and self-reflection, underpins the design of this evidenced based program. 

 

Participants develop techniques  to boost their psychological health and wellbeing,  encourage confidence and increased emotional intelligence, promoting  more effective communication through healthier responses to work related stressors.

WORK LIFE BALANCE

Work life balance is a key component to the psychological health and well-being of staff in any organisation. 

 

The importance of cognitive recharge through sleep and the positive adaptive behaviours replenish our psychological fortitude and resilience. 

 

Evidence based research in the areas of positive psychology offer a myriad of interventions that are taught through facilitation. This program includes effective sleep programming and mechanisms to make self-adjustments to patterns of behaviour through the practice of self-reflection and journaling. 

 

The Work Life Balance Program increases productivity by promoting the psychological health and well-being of staff, through the practice of self-monitoring. The secondary benefits of this program drive the momentum for each participant to continue to improve upon themselves.
